Going for the 1,200 calorie Diet

I know I have gained weight because most of my jeans no longer zip up easily as they used to. I have decided to go on the 1,200 calorie diet. I also gave up white rice and started eating more fruits and vegetables. I also try to get at least 30 minutes of exercise on our orbitrack.

I have been at it for almost two weeks and I could say I feel so much better. I sleep better. My skin looks better and I have more energy. I dont feel hungry all the time and the sweet cravings are gone. Amazing! I just hope I get to keep this up so I can maintain a healthy lifestyle. It is so expensive to eat this way and it is also an effort to get that 30 minutes of me-time away from the kids.

I am curious about the orbitrack as I've never heard of one. It's so easy to gain the weight and yet so hard to lose it. I'm wishing you well on your venture of 1200 calories. We all need to find what works for us.

Urgh, I have the same problem. I am not fat though, my zips just no longer close-which sucks! Yes, I know that I may sound as though I am in denial, well I am not LOL...maybe I just need to exercise, I love rice too much!
