Going for the 1,200 calorie Diet
I know I have gained weight because most of my jeans no longer zip up easily as they used to. I have decided to go on the 1,200 calorie diet. I also gave up white rice and started eating more fruits and vegetables. I also try to get at least 30 minutes of exercise on our orbitrack.
I have been at it for almost two weeks and I could say I feel so much better. I sleep better. My skin looks better and I have more energy. I dont feel hungry all the time and the sweet cravings are gone. Amazing! I just hope I get to keep this up so I can maintain a healthy lifestyle. It is so expensive to eat this way and it is also an effort to get that 30 minutes of me-time away from the kids.
