President’s Address of State of the Union 2015: Sign of hope and assurance
The recent speech of Obama, undoubtedly, proves that he is not only a good orator but also a man of vision and confidence. Recently, I watched the video of his speech. Perhaps, it’s worth watching – precise delivery of speech with pause and expressions which ultimately fetched continuous applause from the audience. I know many people don’t like him and through ample of complaints against him.
At this crucial time of economical crisis, situation of racial agitations, environment of raging terrorism, threatening alarms of wars, and uncertain political changes he stood firm and hopes to lead the United States into new horizons of growth and development. In this speech, he, consciously, touches the practical life issues and focuses on the economical growth of each citizen of America. Obviously, I am under the obligation to appreciate his speech.

I liked his speech too. At times he sounded like a high school coach giving his team a pep talk before sending them out to play the game. I think Obama will be remembered as one of the great Presidents because of what he has achieved. His political opponents were out to destroy his Presidency from the start. But he persevered. His speaking abilities are excellent.

Pep talk before playing can be a great boosting factor for the team. All need encouragement. I fully agree with you in saying that in future he will be remembered as one of the best presidents of America.

I thought it was a good speech. What I liked about it is that he stood tall against a hostile congress and stuck to his plans and made clear his intentions. I hope he follows through on it, though!

Any strong leader has to stand for the decisions he has made. Indeed, he is clear in his speech as well as in his objectives.

I have to agree his speeches are uplifting and hopeful, but I have to consider that he really needs congress behind him, which he does NOT have.

You're right. Let us hope for the support of congress. But, I wondered how the audience responded his speech! At this crucial time, America really needs a straight forward leader like him.

He has nothing to lose as I do not think he will run for presidency again.

His message is full of lies and deceit. Only if you live in America can you truly realize the extent of his lies. He is the worst president America has ever had.
