Afternoon Jog

I am on an afternoon jog/walk routine to loss weight (a bit). I am on my second week now. I managed to jog 3-4 rounds in the park. The park has a very huge oval good for jogging. And a large ground ideal for picnics and other activities.
While I am jogging I am observing different groups of people doing different things. Yesterday I saw a mother-baby assembled a small tent in the middle of the park. Others are playing football and volleyball. People are very busy with their fitness.
I hope to get more jogging time today since I will be on day off tomorrow. I can feel the effects now on my skin because of the amount of sweats I perspire on a daily basis.
Do you jog in the morning or in the afternoon?

When I was younger (like four years ago) I still manage to go to the gym. Unfortunately, in the past four years, I have only jogged maybe three times and every time that I do, I only run for about a kilometer. But this year, I plan to jog or maybe move more. You are an inspiration, thanks!

I jog with my board mates when I was in college - Intramuros to PICC every Sunday. Now I walk all day at the beach. Haha kidding. Just a few minutes walk. :)

If I were to jog, I'd jog in the morning as that's when you will have the most energy :)
