Why Stretching Is Good For You

Stretching and keeping limber will allow you to be flexible enough to reach, twist, turn,and even bend all those functions that the body does. These are easy things to do and most people don’t give them a thought. It is noticeable when one of these functions is suddenly uncomfortable and #painful.

Stretching - is easy and enjoyable you can actually feel your muscles expanding. It's easy to do and important to keep yourself limber and not stiffen up. It is wise to make a point to stretch each morning when you get up and before you start your day.

Make it a routine with easy movements by bending, leaning, and flexing, you loosen up your muscles and your joints are ready for the day. That's why so many people will # stretch before they exercise or do any strenuous activity.

By making a point to stretch, you will benefit the # muscles being able to extend further with movement, you will be able to enjoy your life and not be limited in movement. You are apt to have less injuries since your muscles will not be so tight and if injury does occur, there usually is a rapid healing period with less pain.

Stretching is good for your health, as it can help with disease that are prone to develop with limited physical activity.

I'm one f those occasional stretchers, dng t from time to time. But I guess that's better than never a all.

Stretching is also good for the cardio vascular system and healthy blood vessels.

macourt That is a very good advice, as a former Martial Arts practitioner I learned the benefits from stretching at an early age. I think stretching is one the most overlooked aspects of physical activity, yet it brings a lot of benefits.
