78.77 to Go

I know y'all are probably tired of seeing my daily updates, but I am treating this like a real blog for the 100 miles in 90 days challenge. It helps keep me accountable if I come here and post about what I do or do not walk for the day.

Tonight, I got in the 1.1 average miles on the treadmill. I didn't want to push my hip tonight after pushing it some last night to get over twenty miles in. I am just slightly over what I need to be for the challenge so far, which is good. Better to be a little bit ahead than behind and have to catch up. I hope to stay on point until the end.

Did the rest of y'all get your exercise in today? Hope it went well.

I got a little behind during the cold & wet weather last week, but I did pretty good today.

Good for you! I was busy yesterday and then things came us, so sadly I wasn't able to get my walk on the treadmill in. I did do a lot of walking around though, so I didn't just sit around.

That's good.The day I took a rest from the treadmill, I did a lot of other walking as well. I don't count it toward my total but it counts otherwise.
