I think my house may get blown away!

My oh my it is super windy outside tonight! I am pretty close to the coast of the North Sea and we are certainly feeling the force of mother nature this evening.

When I watched the weather forecast earlier, the presenter said it will be 'blustery' but not blowing a gale, once again, he was wrong! If it calms down tomorrow, I think we will need to secure the garden fence, as it is looking slightly wobbly.

I just hope the horses in the fields near my home have been put in their stables too, as the cold air is really making it extremely cold out there. All my cats are in, and that's where they are staying!

Is it windy where you are tonight?

Nice and calm here in North Idaho, but oh we have had some windy days. We live in a mobile home and our bedroom is on the end the wind blows from and when it gets wild and wooly at night I am always surprised (and a bit disappointed) that we are not in Oz the next morning :D

It was really windy where I live as well yesterday. It was so windy that I woke up in the middle of the night with the windows shaking!

We are the same in the west coast of Scotland. All day it has just been a horrendous day of strong winds and it looks like it is going to be the same tonight/this morning.

After two nights of wind, we are relatively calm here tonight. It is not supposed to be as cold tonight as it was the last two so I am looking forward to that.

It wasn't as bad as it has been for us last night - I hope that you managed to sleep ok!

I´s windy and cold here (Valencia, Spain) but the north of Spain had another cyclonic explosion yesterday (same as the perfect storm) gusts got up the 130k per hour in someplace, that really is blowing a gale.
