New night time sleeping routine
So I have not been sleeping very well for what feels like a month now... And nothing in particular is happening in my life for me not to sleep well. I'm not overly worried or distressed about anything in particular. I just have been having a lot of trouble sleeping. What's I sleep, I have a very good quality sleep and I just wake up in the morning. However, when I lay down my head in the pillow it takes me a while to shut my mind off, while before I used tobe sleeping and gone in less than five minutes. Actually, most hangs in Lestin one minute! I was always a very fast sleeper. I never had an so me and my life!
And it sounds silly, but it seems like ever since I started dating and my boyfriend started to sleep over at my house on the weekends, We both seem to sleep very well on the weekends when we are together and then during the week we have trouble sleeping! It sounds silly, but it's actually what is going on. Neither one of us has been sleeping well on our own, but we sleep like babies on the weekends when we are together! And by sleep I actually mean sleeping, ok!
So something I have come up with that seems to make me sleep your and to fall sleep a little faster is to actually listen to a lullaby playlist rep for asleep! It might sound childish, but it's not actual kids lullabies, it's just a playlist that I got on Spotify that have slow and candid songs that are so nice and call me to listen to that it makes you sleepy and relaxed! So yes, after a few days of success, I guess that he came my new nighttime sleep routine!
