The Benefit Of Using a Picture in Your Post
I see quite a few posts on Persona Paper that do not have pictures attached and can't help but think you could be earning more money if you used pictures. There are a couple of things to consider if you want to do this. Also I am just trying to help you earn some extra cash I am not trying to be a know it all because believe me I am not. I enjoy helping others.
The big benefit to using a picture is that you can then share your picture on Pinterest which can increase the amount of external traffic you receive. This is how you will earn more money. If you haven't noticed our posts have a view count on the upper right hand side of the page. As far as I know this is not only internal website traffic but all incoming traffic regardless of where it comes from.
The cool thing about submitting to Pinterest is that your people just love pictures and they will pin your picture to their boards or other boards on Pinterest which will increase the chances that someone will click on your picture to read your post.
Of course and more importantly you must use a picture you have the rights to use. The first obvious choice will be a photo that you took yourself. The other is to find websites that offer pictures for use at no charge. One that comes to mind seeing as I am an ex Bubblews member is Pixabay.com.
It does take a bit of extra work to find the right picture for your post but it is worth it down the road as you could potentially earn from old Persona Posts because of the pictures that are still out on the internet being circulated.
The picture I have attached to this post is a picture I took of a goofy Zombie garden gnome I have here at home. Just to show how I like to get attention online.

I know I should be using more photos, it's the whole "having rights" thing that usually dissuades me. But I'll start looking through Pixabay more.

I do find that if there is an interesting photo, I am more drawn to the post. So yes, you are right, we must try and use photos whenever possible.

I usually include a photo but of course today I didn't and on the writing category page your article showed up right above mine and made me feel just awful. (kidding) The truth is I enjoy the challenge of trying to find the right photo to go with my articles. Today I just wasn't able to find something I liked.

GrantsWorld It takes a little bit of extra time but it's worth the effort. Not only pictures allow your post to be sharing in social media networks, but make the posts more attractive to the readers, I think.

I agree. When I first joined I was not sure how to put a picture up. But now I try to with each post.

I agree 100% - which is why I use some sort of image on everything I write. And I included this post on my Pinterest page!
