Introduction for melaniekaren
My name is Melanie. However, typically, you see me online as "melaniekaren."
My background is in biology and environmental science. I love our natural world, and I write about it often. Not only do I write about topics in biology and earth sciences, I also write about metaphysical and spiritual topics that I feel are connected to hard science. (In my mind, I can make the two come together quite nicely. :) )
I also write about food and sustainability, a topic close to my heart. I believe that everyone deserves to and has the right to eat well. I have started a blog I call "VegS" that is geared toward helping and educating others about this topic.
I also love music and most arts in general.
I look forward to getting to know the community here on Persona Paper.
