100 miles in 90 days First Progress Report
Here is the first progress report showing the activities for the first week of the year. This report serves two purposes, the first, of course, is to measure the advancement made so far, and the second is to show that being physically active doesn’t take much and brings a lot of benefits.
The table below shows each day walk and then distance covered so far. I am currently On Plan in spite of the 1-day late start. My goal is to walk at least 5 times a week for about 30 minutes (about 1.6 miles), with 2 days of rest.
I plan to do this progress reports every two weeks or whenever I have a change. Offline I am keeping a daily log. So there you have it, taking it one day at a time until I reach those 100 miles.
