Introduction for GrantsWorld
I have many years experience in the trades. I have been doing home renovations for 30 years. I still enjoy it however I am getting older and it does get tiring at times. I am currently working on acquiring my realtors license. I have 1 more exam to study for and then if everything works out I will be quitting the home reno gig unless I get the urge to flip a house while working as a realtor. I have been writing online since 2010. I really enjoy the online world. I have been a member of a few other writing sites ans still am. I am always looking for a new adventure which is what brings me here. I have an unquenchable thirst for knowledge in a wide range of subjects. I use my username GrantsWorld where ever I write. I believe in creating a brand. One last thing. Always be yourself no matter what. Unless you can be BATMAN then definitely be BATMAN.

If you have a few rental apartments, you will not need to work anymore.

Welcome to Persona Paper, I hope you enjoy it here, it's a great community. Good luck on you exam. I think it's neat that you do renovations, I've heard it's hard to stop though, you always seem to find something you want to work on or fix up.

Very true. I doubt I will stop completely. I want to teach my son the world of Reno's so he can be self sufficient when the time comes.

I had to look up the word Realtor .. ok I'm British what do I know. I used to be a bathroom fitter and did other handyman jobs. My main work now is Supervising a Transport Office .. God I wish I had stuck to bathrooms
