Introduction for SteveW68
I am a 46 year old man, who is now 16 years into his second career as an IT support Engineer, working for a large international IT service provider. First career was 14 years serving in the Army as a linguist, listening to Russian military communications (so we knew what they are up to). Also now 2 and a half years into my second marriage, which is already 100 times better than the first. I am the UK admin for a hoax busting site run by an Australian gentleman and his family, which can take up a certain amount of time. It really is amazing what some people will believe, given the queries we get. A cat convert, thanks to my wife (was a previous GSD owner with first wife) with a total of 5 cats in the house, ranging from a female torty moggie to pedigree blue point Siamese. This is my very first venture into blogging, but not writing (I have written a couple of articles the subject of which gained National press coverage).

Welcome to Persona Paper. It's a pleasant enough site and I think reasonably well presented in comparison to some other blogging sites I've looked at but not joined, so you could do a lot worse for your first venture into blogging.

hoax busting for a living sounds awesome - I have written stuff for various sceptical journals after a bad experience with a cult in the 1980's

Well - I don't do that for a living. I am a computer engineer by day. the Hoax Slaying is done in spare time. Our FB page now has in excess of 180K "Likes"

You have commented on one of her pieces on here, that is probably the only interaction. Although she was also a member of that "other" site. Her name is Sarah.
