I completely respect and understand the decisions of some to leave Tsu , the newest social network, offering to return most of their ad-revenue to users. It's your call. And, were someone to criticize me for leaving theooze , I'd laugh rudely and loudly, intheirface , after eating an onion .
But, since they're still in a StartUp phase, then it's still my type of thing to watch. Yes, I like watching new businesses start up and operate. It's a fascinating thing to watch, for me. Others like to watch gardens grow.
The advantage with Tsu – and PersonaPaper – is we get to enjoy payment for our efforts. Money is a good thing and it likes me as much as I like it and, I don't serve money. It serves me. A large, windfall fortune is coming my way, in a pleasant and positive manner from either one or both of these sites, along with everyone else who' building them.
We really all can win.
At the very least, I'm finding Tsu to be a friendly community, with nowhere near the degree of tense and negativity to be found on bookface. It works as a social network and, at this time, all of the bells, whistles, buttons, zippers and snaps are functional .
So, while others might leave, this seems to be the best time of all, to go for it, with a little bit more of everything I got. Why quit, when it's not so bad?
I certainly don't make a lot there but I still comment here and there and by bank grows by a few pennies each day. I will stick around there and see where it all goes.
I have been doing plenty of liking, sharing, commenting and a bit of posting and I have 2cents! But I think getting links is useful too, not just any possible payments.
LoudMan I am not giving up either. I try and get there at least once each day. Again the key there like any of these sites is interaction. So the less active we are the less we make.
I agree. But there are a few people I'm hoping will leave. I just reported on who keeps posting solicitations of a personal nature as comments on a lot of posts I read and when she messaged me with the same comment it was the last straw. I told her she won't make friends that way. I went to her profile to get her info and I was right. She had seven followers and no friends and no posts and no profile photos. I hope they kick her off. Though it seems I've seen her comments posted with an avatar before. Maybe she's been kicked off and rejoined under a similar name.
No one else has abused messaging with me, and I've had some great private conversations that way. I'm meeting lots of new people. I'm not getting rich, though. I make a few pennies a day. But every one adds up. it's still more than the other major social networks have paid me.
I haven't joined Tsu, but I like your attitude about watching it grow. I get kind of impatient sometimes with the slow growth of this site, but it's mainly because right now, I don't have much of an income and I really need to make something pay. If I were a little less desperate for dough, I'd have fun just posting and hanging out. I have referred to this site as being kind of Facebook for writers, lol
Yes it is fascinating to watch how Tsū grows. I'm not counting on being rich from it. But over ten years it will be interesting to see how the growth of our children continues. I already have 11 children and many of them have already had children join too. My network is up to 25 people. So if this continues, it's considered exponential growth. That's where it becomes fascinating.
I'm not giving up on it yet, but I would like to see more done about copyright infringement. As for the bells and whistles, I'm pleased they are so few. I've had people tell me they don't want to try Tsu because it's missing some of the gadgets they like on Facebook, but I'm very happy not to be poked or invited to a game at every moment!
I think that Tsu has a lot of positives. However, it still has a ways to grow. There are very real issues with copyright infringement and spam, which the site desperately needs to clean up.
Been slowly building up content on tsu, with the new idea of the Pond and Ripples there may be a lot more chances to connect with others and build up the bank. My problem is I only have 2 children and they only joined to check it out :( Ah well it is still fun there and I am loving it here :)
I gave up after about two weeks during which I didn't earn a cent. Now I'm starting to wonder if I should have ignored the earning side and just used Tsu as a way to promote what I was writing on other sites.
Haven't logged in my Tsu account for ages. Perhaps, I'll check it later. I love to see a start up be successful and find join that I was part of it. Although, I never got the hang of Tsu up to now.

It's been a while since I last visited Tsu. With hundreds of likes, my bank there is still $0.0.

I'm hanging in there as well. I've been using it since end of October and just hit $3.20

I tried it but I really did not like so I left. I am on many other sites and my time is cut short these days.

I don't know much about Tsu really. Right now, I don't have much time for it, so I haven't really even attempted much there.

I hope it keeps working out well for you.

I must admit that I am thinking of leaving because I have never earned a single cent on tsu, whatever I do.

I have heard of Tsu before but I don't know much about it. Is it worth the time and effort for the payment?
