Lots of people, in the starting only work out so much that before reaching the target they get tired and just consider it impossible. But they need to understand, in order to get six pack abs, first they need to have a considerable amount of fat on their body.

It's a matter of balancing out the ab work, and the fat on your body as too much of anything will spoil the whole game.

So, this makes it quite clear that firstly one needs to tone down his body, but many people find it difficult and impossible. But seriously this needs to be done to get your dream body. depends not only on what you eat and the number of calories consumed but also on your body type, genetics and hormones structure.

Knowing all these issues, many people just avoid them or don’t care to think about them seriously and finally they fail to build a six pack body.

Sometimes I wonder what is the craze all about! It is better to have good health without great abs.

Yes, I used to go to boxing fitness classes. One guy there did a lot of ab work and HAD abs but the trainer said they couldn't be seen because they were overlaid with fat. The guy was NOT overweight but he would have needed to be really lean for them to be seen. So they were still there, just not visible. That's what I say about my abs too - they are there, you just can't see them! emoticon :winking:

Those who are steady in their work outs and constant with their certain exercises and diet will succeed in having creating strong abs.

Who really wants them in the first place. I would think that just being healthy would be good enough.
