Is CGP Gallery The New Bubblews?

CGP Gallery may have many things common with Bubblews, but from what most writers told me its a Bangladeshi website. It offers a pay per view rate of $0.01 plus the same rate for getting your article rated and also for comments received on your article. This is the highest rate I have seen since a long time.

Maximum number of articles is ten and the minimim payout is $20 with a time gap of 30 days to reach your Paypal account. Not quite sure on this point but many users say that external views are not paid for.

Plus guess what they give $1 as signup bonus, just like Bubblews had offered. Just joint the website yesterday and with 7 articles I got $2.74 in my bank. Cannot vouch for their payments but I have did seen users posting about receiving their echecks.

I heard about it for the first time last week. One thing I don't understand is that it says not to comment on your own posts or they will deduct coins. How are people supposed to get to know each other and interact if they can't talk back and forth?

i am a very slow writer. i can only write for one site. i dont want to pressure myself into writing lots of articles everyday cause for me it wouldn't be fun anymore.

I will not trust a new site until it has given its ability to pay.

I just took a look at it. Since the set up looks like an exact copy of Bubblews layout-wise, I'm a bit leery. I doubt Bubblews gave permission to copy their site look like that. It makes me think CGP might be a little shady. Given that I'm now writing here and I write for a smaller site that I know has a great track record, I think I will just stick to what I'm doing now,

I have created a profile on CGP Gallery and I looked around a bit. It looks a lot like Bubblews, but there are some differences as well. I didn't start writing on CGP Gallery. I will wait and see what happens to the site before I become an active member.

If they don't pay for external views, that's not a good sign. Either they aren't seeking them (look where that got you-know-where), or they don't want to share the ad revenue from them. Guiness the Cat just found his friend Stix the Cat there, so we hope it works well for them.

I have been posting there a bit. I am not fond of the place as yet. I do not understand how they can pay like Bubblews did. However, I am giving it a go. I will see if I get paid. My main concern is the quality of some of the posts. I do prefer it here.

This is a wonderful place to write, no matter where you want to do social blogging or something more focused on outside views.

Too many wannabe sites without meat on their bones. It certainly sounds like they'll cash in and run.
