Blessed With My Unique Recipe

Friends, I have been a part of the site for not more than some days, but still, one thing that I have in mind is to share what I have in mind. I know that is quite a complex sentence to make and understand, still, I just want to explain what I have in my mind.

Each day I hear of people saying this food is healthy and that is not. Only boiled foods are considered as healthy and nothing else. I am not a fan of that healthy eating, but still I maintain a good physic and am healthy internally and externally. I just cut myself from the street food or processed foods.

I have a special recipe for cheese and chicken, people might be scared with the word cheese, but I have found out that the recipe is really healthy and has helped me a lot to have the proper amount of protein and fat that is required in a balanced diet.

I hope soon people understand that there is nothing that you can specify to be unhealthy amount the natural foods. One must always be very sure of the food they take and know the ingredient that are given in it. That is best way for the healthy food.

I love cheese, but not in cooking. I like cheese with bread. It goes well with coffee.

anything that is taken or eaten in excess does more harm than good for the body.

Moderation and balance are the key words to healthy eating.
Chicken and cheese does sound good.
