Classic Bubble tea

Classic Bubble tea

• Yields: 1 {16-ounce} drink

• Preparation time: 5 minutes

• Cooking time: 30 minutes


• ½ cup chilled, cooked large tropical pearls

• 1 cup crushed ice

• 1 cup very strong chilled black tea

• 1 cup milk or just enough milk to taste

• Honey or granulated sugar to taste.


• Place the pearls in large parfait glass

• Combine all the remaining ingredients in a cocktail shaker, and shake vigorously until the mixture is frothy.

• Pour into the glass, and serve with extra-thick straws.

N/B: Preferred during hot days for its renowned cooling and rejuvenating effect in the body system

Many young gals like to drink Bubble tea here, but I cannot understand the appeal.

It has a cooling effect , you take it and you feel like your body cells are more active. I surely like it.
