Food Fiesta On Christmas Day

Are you ready for Christmas?

I'm very nervous in terms of financial. As much as possible, I don't want to shell out money a lot for this coming holiday season. I wish I could get my incentives from sales from my regular job this month aside from my pay every 2 weeks and bonus every December. I have gotten my 13th month pay already (13th month pay is like a bonus, mandated by law in the Philippines. I give you a short preview how 13th month pay works: the basic salary of an employee for the purpose of computing the 13th month pay shall include all remunerations or earning paid by this employer for services rendered but does not include allowances and monetary benefits which are not considered or integrated as part of the regular or basic salary, such as the cash equivalent of unused vacation and sick leave credits, overtime, premium, night differential and holiday pay, and cost-of-living allowances).

Anyway, we will have a lot of steam food on Christmas day such as Leche Flan, Siomai, Rice Cakes, Hardinera, etc. Here in our place, neighborhood is cool so we will have a potluck on that day. I really can't wait the food giving/sharing to one another.

So long as you are comfortable and have grub on the table all should be okay.

Over here, our employment law does not make bonus mandatory anymore.

I rather enjoy the planning than the food that comes on the table. For me Christmas is throwing a part for the poor kids which I do every year.

before we have the same value but our neighborhood becomes very greedy, boastful and wicked. That is why, and the old folks are long gone to work for abroad. The sad thing. I miss the old neighborhood that we have.
