I got a small hourglass and I just cannot stop staring at it, so I wrote a poem on it, and a little story right after that. I needed to share them, so here they are and I hope you enjoy them.

Their appearance look is fantastic
Their colors are magnificent
Their shape is interesting
The sound is silent
This is my hourglass

The thoughts are never ending
The hours are endless
The glass is transparent
The colors are different
This is my hourglass

The staring is focused
The concentration is strong
The illusions are creative
The smile is there
This is my hourglass

The sand is hypnotizing
The walls are strong
The stand is still
The invention is beautiful
This is my hourglass

Hourglass Story

I am falling, falling so fast
Inside the grain of sand,
Surrounded by the invisible shield
Called the glass
Hypnotized by claustrophobia
As I try to find my way out
I am falling, falling once again
To the bottom, the second part of the hourglass
I stare at the glass tube as I go through it
I land at the mountain top
And stare up at the falling sand
That lands on my head
From the first section of the hourglass,
Telling time as the sand ticks and tocks
And all I could do is wait for what happens next
As the sand falls until there is no more to follow

I love it and it reminds me of something! I think there should be a poetry section ....

Hey, you! Thank you so much! There may not be a poetry section, but on the "Writing section" I have seen people write poetry! And possibly short stories too anyways! I say give it a try. If you wanna write some stuff, I would love to read them. =)

That is such a pretty poem. I hope you will come back here and write more and interact more.
