I run today. It is for fitness and health and not for sports. I have to start my running activity because I observed of my body becoming bloated especially to my midsection.
It is not very long route. Actually, it was just more than 3 kilometers. For the start. The kilometers will be adjusted as the days goes by. I really need to stay fit because December has a lot of things that can affect our health. The parties that makes us awake, the high cholesterol foods that we cannot control. The beer and wines that cause drive our diseases. The best thing to do is exercise. And I do it by running every morning.
I started around 5:20 in the morning and by 6AM, I was already in the house. I do some cleaning in the garden and then I took a bath and I am ready to go to work.
