Where Are The Breath Analyzer
Living along the national road and performing the duty as a reporter, I have seen, reported and encountered lots of vehicular accidents in our area. And the incidents of road accidents are increasing during night especially when a police checkpoint was put along the road. Some of the motorcycle drivers are trying to evade the checkpoint when they are drunk.
Does the breath analyzer can decrease the incidence of accidents. If strongly believe it can. When a driver proven to be drunk and not allowed to drive his vehicle and let them sleep in the police station, of course they can evade accidents.
But according to news, the implementation the law against drunk drivers is not fully implemented because of one reason. The breath analyzer is missing. Well, maybe the government have no funds for this thing but have a lot of money that can help boost their names.
In that case, I suppose many vehicles will still be stumbling in the roads.

Drunk drivers might be the one sort of criminal who deserves to be summarily executed. Here they are, in control of a huge projectile and too uncaring to consider the lives of others.

It is the law in France to have a breathaliser in ones car.
