The gastric mind band

I keep messing up on weight watchers, Ive only lost a few pounds since starting and im finding it hard to stick to the plan, so Ive yet again picked up this book called the gastric mind band.

I started to read it a few months ago but then stopped, Ive had to start it all over again and now im at the part where i have to answer loads of questions that make me feel uneasy about my weight and how i feel etc, how things were growing up etc.

I think after this section is where the book moves on to hypnosis and getting my body to think i have got a gastric band.

Ive tried Paul McKenzie version of this before and it worked for a bit but then i stopped listening to the recording as my family thought i was crazy, at least this way i can keep my crazy ideas inside of my head lol.

im hoping this will work and will help me behave myself as i am following weight watchers

Hypnosis on gastric bands has apparently had some success. Good luck with the book, I might try it myself, heaven knows I could do with it!

Such an interesting concept -- the benefits of the gastric band without the surgery. The power of the mind is awesome and hope you are able to focus and harness your energies for your benefit. : )

Good luck with that. I try to remind myself that that another piece of chocolate or whatever else I shouldn't have more or or any of just might put me in the ER or push me toward a stroke that would end life as I know it. Then I ask myself if it's worth it. It works sometimes.
