It is commonly known as Paleo diet plan. It promotes the adoption of the diet which was used in the Paleolithic era by ancient man such as raw herbs fruits, nuts whole grains meat and vegetables.
In this diet plan, there is little or no sugar and salt.
The tree stages of this diet involve drinking lots of water in the morning, taking fresh fruits and nuts for lunch and foods of choice dinner. The second phase, take water in the morning and during the day then eat lean proteins and berries for supper.
For the final stage, take water in the morning, whole grains fish and vegetables for lunch and any preferred type of food for supper.
