Breakfast should be taken early or late

Hello friends. Many people have suggestions. Now a days if ask any thing from any person he considered himself a half doctor. Half doctor is harmful for you because he does not know the advantages or disadvantages of the drugs and suggest them. We should take care of our meal it should be early and in full quantity that’s why it is beneficial for health. In breakfast should be include milk and honey one egg these kinds breakfast make a man healthy and decent. Some people does not care of their health they save their money to make properties and purchase some lands but they does not take a food that is not beneficial for their health.today i take breakfast it is not healthy practice so we turn to healthy activities
