What To Do

As I reflect on the past, present and future of the theater group I am handling, I am now focusing on a solution. I believe we have been dwelling on the problem aand its causes for the longest time. It is time to make a change since what we used to do is no longer working.
I have some ideas on what to do but the question is will I be doing this alone? Everyone else seems to want something else. Working on the marketing of what we already have is the most logical move, but for some reason , the people involved do not see that.
Its like we are all groping in the dark. And if I push everyone to do what I want I become the bad guy....the villain out to get them.
Oh what to do?

i used to be a choir leader. there were five men and three women members. before any change can be implemented i had to call for a group meeting and ask the opinion of each member. if a majority is reached then the change will be implemented with the approval of the group. i had to be a consultative leader so i wont be branded as a "bad guy"

I suppose you need the support of the group to see your idea moving. If you can lay down the advantages clearly of that idea may be it will work. You will have to try hard.
