Well maybe too but it is true. If I want to live longer than I have to start my . After 2 months (Sept. and Oct.) of parties and has taken it's toll. All the foods had to be eaten instead of wasting. Also less exercise.

Going on a diet is not easy nor is it cheap. This has been my worry, the . But then I realized if my daughter will be leaving soon, I must get for my sake and my mom. So I have a few weeks yet so I hope I can push through with this. Just got to tighten the expenses.

Good luck with the diet. I've been doing Weight Watchers for a bit now. I'm losing, slowly.

Stick with the walking, if nothing else. The first couple days, you might be a bit sore but it's worth it. Might I suggest, while you're out walking, to keep your eyes up, off of the ground?

I did suggest to add a bit physical activity like walking as well. Just dieting make the weight come back as soon as you stop.
