Dark So Early

Here in the United States, we turned back the clocks officially at 2 AM on Sunday. I would garner a guess that most of us did it prior to going to sleep on Saturday night. I know that is what I did. I wasn't about to purposely wake up at 2 AM and go around worrying about changing clocks, which included the microwave, the stove, wristwatches, digital clocks, and wall clocks, at that time.
So now, it is getting dark by 5:30 PM. I don't like that it gets dark outside so early. I know back a long time ago, back when it was the cavemen era, the dark at 5:30 was a good thing. I am sure they didn't do the daylight savings thing though lol. Anyway, back then, the hunting and gathering stopped at dusk and in the cold, they were sleeping more. Modern times, we don't have the luxuries of sleeping more, even though it gets dark out just the same as it did back then!

We change ours the next morning. I don't like this time either. I love the longer days.

We turned back half the clocks. I like to ease into things.

It can be quite a bother having to remember these changed timings
