Easing Back Into Writing

Easing back into writing...

that is my mind set now. How long has it been? Almost three weeks according to my profile. Three weeks of not writing a single post here in the site. All i did was read, comment, and interact. Some of the posts that I read, I shared with my Twitter followers, all 79 of them!

Anyway, as I continue with this post, let me just say that it feels good writing again.

What Would I Write About?

Well, there's the ... I'm cheering on my !!! I give props to what the has done in the post season but this is the Giants' year!!!

Then, there's the 's pay per view showing right now, . The Intercontinental match between current IC champ and was great. retained the IC belt with two straight pin falls. Up next was the match between the . This was nothing but eye candy for me. Going on right now is the tag team match between and the #Goldust and .

Also, there's my week 8 bets. So far, I won one and lose the other. Won with the and lose with the . Last bet is on the . Game is tied right now at 7 apiece with the ball with the .

To Wrap It Up...

I'm glad to be able to write again. I sure miss writing. Oh and one more thing, 'Welcome back allen0187 !!!'

lol Welcome back! I am also busy but try to make at east 1 post a day or 3 a week.

Writing posts is easy. Just talk about what you see, what you hear, what you do and what you read. Simple Since you are back with a bang I am afraid whether I will be able to do justice to all what you will be posting!!! emoticon

allen0187 wrote on October 26, 2014, 10:57 PM

Writing posts is indeed easy. Trying to NOT write about what is currently happening in one's life, ain't so much...

allen0187 wrote on October 26, 2014, 11:00 PM

Well, I'll try to make multiple posts a day... key word is 'try'. LOL!

BarbRad wrote on October 27, 2014, 2:55 AM

Yes, welcome back. I hope writing again will make you happier than not writing.

paperdaisyflower7 wrote on October 27, 2014, 6:29 AM

yup the impoetant thing is the word "try" because we are striving to do it

MegL wrote on October 27, 2014, 7:46 AM

Welcome back, wonder how your bank balance fared with just commenting and interacting? You have a lot of Twitter followers. Promoting your existing posts to them can help your views.

Feisty56 wrote on October 27, 2014, 9:03 AM

I've noticed your comments and checked your profile a couple of times as I thought my notifications had some how skipped new posts you'd written. Glad to see you posting again.

AngelSharum wrote on October 27, 2014, 1:31 PM

Welcome back. I hope whoever you are rooting for in all the events wins.

Jerry_Walch wrote on October 27, 2014, 7:37 PM

Welcome back Allen! I've missed a few days myself when it comes to posting anything new on this site, but that happens when one writes for a site simply for the fun of sharing with a fun community of readers and writers. Being in a full-time ministry and writing full-time for the electronics' industries takes precedence on my time.
Again, welcome back.

allen0187 wrote on October 27, 2014, 9:35 PM

BarbRad , writing is therapeutic so it helps.

allen0187 wrote on October 27, 2014, 9:37 PM

MegL , I actually reached 5,000 coins just by commenting and interacting. i do not see 81 Twitter followers as 'a lot' but I do share my posts as well as other PPers posts in my Twitter. My little way to help the site.

allen0187 wrote on October 27, 2014, 9:39 PM

i'l try &AbbyG !!! LOL!

allen0187 wrote on October 27, 2014, 9:40 PM

Feisty56 , yeah, went on a writing hiatus. Wanted to get through my emotions and clear my head. I do not want to write something that I'll regret later on.

allen0187 wrote on October 27, 2014, 9:40 PM

Thanks AngelSharum . Won two of my three bets so I'm a happy camper.

allen0187 wrote on October 27, 2014, 9:43 PM

Thanks for the welcome back Jerry_Walch . I agree with what you wrote. I have as much fun writing posts and reading other PPers posts and writing comments here in the site.

Feisty56 wrote on October 27, 2014, 11:03 PM

That is a mature way to handle the situation, IMO. Most of us have something come up now and then, but sharing it with the world isn't always the best decision.

I hope you can move forward now, one foot, one word, at a time.

BarbRad wrote on October 29, 2014, 1:45 AM

I've always found it therapeutic.

paigea wrote on October 29, 2014, 12:01 PM

Welcome back. Glad you found what you want to write about. 79 twitter followers. I have 3. lol

nerdieeds wrote on November 1, 2014, 10:45 PM

Glad that you were able to write again after the 3-week hiatus.

allen0187 wrote on November 2, 2014, 5:50 PM

Thank you. I'm trying to move forward but there are times I find it hard to do.

allen0187 wrote on November 2, 2014, 5:51 PM

Your Twitter followers will eventually grow.

allen0187 wrote on November 2, 2014, 5:52 PM

Yup, I'm glad as well.

paigea wrote on November 2, 2014, 5:56 PM

I've kind of forgotten about Twitter, maybe I should try it again.

ViperGirl85 wrote on November 4, 2014, 5:21 PM

Writers block is never any fun, and I am glad you have eased your way back into writing!

allen0187 wrote on November 7, 2014, 5:34 PM

ViperGirl85 , well, it really isn't writers block but an actual problem. I'm glad I've been writing again as it takes my mind to wander off.

celticeagle wrote on November 14, 2014, 6:50 AM

Glad you came back. I must let you know that I am not too into sports so I may not be commenting on some of your posts. Hope all is going well for you.

scheng1 wrote on December 1, 2014, 9:31 PM

I have never tried to rest three whole weeks without writing. I may not publish a single post for a week or two, but I will still write and save it in my computer.

Glenn wrote on December 4, 2014, 10:06 PM

Ha ha, welcome back Alan. This was a cute way of making an index to your posts on PersonaPaper. I hope it works, bringing your readers to the subject topics that they are interested in. As for me, sorry, but I'm not really into sports, which seems to be your forte. Nothing wrong with that, it's just not my thing. But I like the way you wrote this post. Once again, welcome back to your writing.

allen0187 wrote on December 4, 2014, 10:13 PM

Thanks. Sports make up most of my post I think. LOL! I try to write about other subjects as well. I always find myself coming back writing a post or two about sports. LOL!

allen0187 wrote on December 4, 2014, 10:14 PM

It is more out of circumstance rather than want. If it was up to me, I'd be writing everyday here in PP. Too bad, life gets in the way. LOL!

allen0187 wrote on December 4, 2014, 10:15 PM

celticeagle , thank you. Things could get better for me. Hope all is well with you!

Glenn wrote on December 4, 2014, 10:28 PM

No problem. Stick to what you're good at. Continue your writing about sports, because you'll develop authority on the subject that way, when your focus remains on one subject. I'm sure you have a following of readers who are into sports. I'm the unusual one.

celticeagle wrote on December 6, 2014, 12:57 AM

Winter is the pits for me anyway. Hope spring gets here quit.

VinceSummers wrote on December 18, 2014, 8:20 PM

I'm not into team sports, to be honest. There are many experiences each of us has in life. Any one of those might make a suitable 500 character article.

OldRoadsOnceTraveled wrote on December 18, 2014, 8:35 PM

It seems like there have been a million little things that have hindered my writing the last couple of months. I'll be glad when I can get them all behind me and get back at it more regularly.

allen0187 wrote on December 18, 2014, 8:51 PM

Agree with you Vince. Life experiences do make great source material for writing. I just want to filter these things as I do not want to write about something that I'll regret later on.

allen0187 wrote on December 18, 2014, 8:53 PM

Me too OROT. A lot has happened that have prevented me from writing. Hopefully, I get get back to writing even for just one post a day. I'd be a happy camper if that pushes through.

motrojam wrote on December 19, 2014, 11:10 PM

Welcome back to the writing world. Same here, I haven't picked my brain yet but continue to read stuff here in PersonaPaper.

Bethany1202 wrote on December 21, 2014, 10:52 AM

I find it hard to stay motivated to write when there is little activity and the money trickles in VERY slowly. However, I know the best way to earn is to build up one's library of content. Catch-22!

allen0187 wrote on December 21, 2014, 5:59 PM

I have no brain to pick... lol!!!

allen0187 wrote on December 21, 2014, 6:00 PM

Catch 22 indeed!!!
