Stop Doing This On Facebook: Sexy Selfies

So here we go for another version of Stop Doing this on Facebook. The sexy selfie belongs to teenagers and young 20-somethings and when done in moderation, you can probably get away with it, provided you're not using that profile to apply for jobs. But half-naked club selfies, bathroom mirror duck lips and cleavage and other sultry, seductive and sexy selfies usually just make you look trampy, especially when you splatter them all over your Facebook wall for all of your friends, family and other connections to see. Not everyone is meant to see you in that way. Take those sexy selfies for your special someone but leave grandma, your college professor and your little cousins out of it.

I know some people will argue with me on this one but I just don't think it has any place on Facebook. Pop those puppies up on Tinder if you really want to share.

I agree! And again, if the person really MUST put those photos on Facebook why not just set them to display for a select individual or group who are reasonably expected to appreciate that content? Same goes for the half-naked pin-up guys/girls. Not everyone wants to see this.

Totally agree. Remember, many employers now search the internet for information about you and once something has been uploaded, it can be very hard to get rid of it.

Grandma doesn't want to she that. If she did, we would have problems.

Yeah.. I have that ad too. Too close to porn for me!

I need to do a few of these, myself. Haha. Okay "duck-lips" isn't the image of a woman giving a kiss. Heck, I like those. "Duck-lips" is the condition women get when they use botox to attempt to hide the fact they have no upper-lip in the first place and are just plain ugly-by-nature.

I definitely agree. i have to question what's in the minds of people who do this. What do they hope to get out of it?
