Second week completed on the juice plus plan

Thought i would post a update on how things are going on the juice plus plan that i am on.

i had my first weigh in after one week on the shakes last Tuesday and was highly upset to find i had stayed the same as the week before.

I did lose a inch from my waist though.

This week , after 2 weeks on the plan Ive found Ive not lost any inches but i have dropped 2 pounds in weight which i am very pleased about.

I'm finding im not getting so hungry in between the shakes now, my stomach has probably shrunk a little bit.

one thing i have realised is that i put on up to 6 pounds the day after i have ate rice and my stomach will bloat right out, so the plan is to eat the two portions of rice im allowed at the beginning of the week then it shouldn't affect my weight loss.

Sometimes, it is hard to lose weight, even when you feel you have stuck strictly to the diet plan emoticon :sad:

i find green tea and drinking lots of water makes my stomach fat go down quite quickly
