The fruits and vegetables which are consumed in raw form or which are grown underground essentially should be careful in consumption.
These fruits and vegetable must be washed thoroughly in clean water and also with water mixed with chemicals like potassium per magnate by killing these small germs and microbial bacteria might present and not visible with naked eyes.
It is better to consume them after water and steaming as far as possible without sacrificing the taste.
