How to Cook Adobo (pork or chicken and pork)

I have here the recipe and ways on how to adobo either pork adobo,chicken adobo or chicken and pork adobo.
The ingredients needed for this cuisine are the following:
- 2kg pork/chicken/pork and chicken
- 3/4 cup of vinegar
- 3/4 cup soy sauce
- 4 cloves garlic crushed
- 1 tsp. pepercorn
- 4 bay leaves
- 1 cup of water (optional)
There are ways on how to cook this. For the easiest way, you can just put all the ingredients in one pot and boil and simmer it until chicken is tender.
Here is another way I suggest as this is what I am doing:
- Fry garlic first in oil until golden brown
- Then put the pork or chicken or both and fry it a little (half cooked)
- put the vinegar, soy sauce and water(optional) and boiled for 20 mins
- Depending on your taste it may be cooked to dry or serve saucy
Boiled egg can be added or pine apple depending on taste

An interesting sounding dish, have never tried this but sounds easy and have all the ingredients easily available

What a great way to change up the flavor of chicken or pork! As MegL mentioned, the ingredients are simple and easily available, so I can see myself trying this in the near future.
