Random Act of Kindess

“No Act of Kindness, No Matter How Small, Is Ever Wasted”

I came across those phrase or words on my morning walk at the local park in my city. There were a few motivating and uplifting phrases written on a few park benches and I am sharing this one.

It made me think about the many random acts that people all over the world have been doing to bring even a simple smile to someone’s face.

To a hungry beggar on the street, a packet of food to satiate their hunger means so much to them and it also means that they need not have to go hungry for the night.

To a doctor who has done his best to save a life, a handshake, a smile, a simple thank you and small note means everything to him. He knows that his effort is being recognised by someone, his patients or the families of his patients.

At an eatery, to pay the tab of the person behind you, a complete stranger, can make your day. It brings a smile into someone’s life and a personal satisfaction to yourself.

I have been trying to do this unnoticed sometimes but I failed because the very person will come after me and profusely said his thanks.

These are just examples of random acts people have done to make this world a better place to live and there are thousands being done everyday. Keep doing and feel good about it.

I try to smile at the guards, check-out counter people and even saleslady, a smile and a thank you to them to make them feel happy and recognized

It is a good thing to do nice things for people , to brighten their day is very good.

Yes, doing a kindness often benefits the doer even more than the recipient!
