First day of the juice plus shakes

So yesterday was the last day of the juice plus detox, phew, in the end i managed to lose 7 pounds, even though .it was my time of the month, im quite happy with that in just two weeks

so now im on to the next part of the juice plus plan, which is to have two shakes to replace two meals, im also allowed to have two decent snacks a day and to have a main evening meal as long as it doesn't contain too much sugar, dairy gluten and not processed foods.

oh and we can also add fruit or nuts and ice to thicken up the shakes to make them more filling.

The only thing i dont like about them is the only flavours are vanilla and chocolate, not too keen on chocolate milkshake, but i had the chocolate one for breakfast with nutmeg and rice milk and it was really nice.

For lunch im going to have the vanilla shake with half a banana and strawberries, hope it tastes good.

How motivating it must be to see your continued efforts resulting in ongoing weight loss. Have you added any additional physical activity to your day?

That is great on the pounds lost and good luck on the rest of the diet plan.

Blood sugar issues can be scary. Your doctor who helps you handle your diabetes is aware that you are following this detox program -- I hope?

I admire your perseverance on this program. I don't think I could do it.
