Persona Paper gets last laugh

It looks like Persona Paper will get the last laugh as it appears that Bubblews is biting the bullet and going down hard.
I know, some will complain that I am talking about that other site, but really grow up folks, most of you wrote there including the founders of this site.
So why did Bubblews go under?
If they do go under it is because they paid too much to the writers. Now I know everyone loves getting a penny for likes and comments, but advertisers only pay for views and then maybe only for clicks on their advertisements.
In my opinion they should have paid a lesser amount for likes and comments.
This is how I would have structured it.
Views are worth $.01
Likes are worth $.001
Comments are worth $.005
Remember that advertisers do not care about likes and comments. They want potential customers to view their advertisements, and that is what they pay for.

Why do you think they are going under?

I've seen several comments about Bubblews failing yet I've seen nothing in news or by Admin making such claims. Exactly where is this information coming from?

I hope your prediction/insight is wrong, but time will tell. I've made some great friendships there and would really hate to see all that broken up.

Bubble ooze will eventually stop paying for its content similar to what myLot did a couple of years ago unless they do some drastic changes like increasing the minimum redemption amount or stopping the spammers and plagiarizers in the site.
They've already increased the waiting period for another five days so instead of waiting for your hard earned money for 30 days, you are now suppose to wait for it for 35 days. i do not want to see a site go down but with how bubble ooze has been handled, I can understand if and when it closes.

Ketchingup you wrote this in September, they did admit they were having revenue problems in early December, and with their latest announcement they have just confirmed what you told us three months ago!

Great post Mr. Tom Ketchingup - I wish someone had explained this to Avi Dixit.

And surprisingly enough, since the writing of THIS one, things have gotten way, way worse. I think Bubblews is done.

My only thought is how too bad it was that Bubblews re-programmed the site badly and messed up thousands of posts. Made them google-useless. And the willing writers couldn't even edit. Oh well. If they had figured it out, explained it, and didn't conceal the view information, etc., all might be a bit more well right now.

It'll be a long time sinking, but sink it will ... even Arvind's not bothered posting for a week, after his flurry of daily posts last week.

By now you have heard that Bubblews is dead and no longer exists on the web. It is sad because it had so much potential. but. lousy people who didn't know how to run it.
