10 tips which help to live Happy life

Simple things below will help your day is happy, healthy and full of energy.

Saying thanks

First of all, let's thank the good things, the positive you are, every morning when you wake up and every night before bed. You will be amazed at the effect of the sudden this simple action, such as feeling relaxed, happy brown immediately.

Disconnect

Have you noticed that people are becoming more and more difficult to close even when they are around their friends or family, they remain glued to your phone, tablet or other device? It is time we have to disconnect from technology and connect with others, with nature or even to myself.

Living in the present

Quit thinking about the failures of the past or worrying about what will happen in the future. Focus on what is happening right now. Now you feel like? Can you hear anything? Allow plenty of time for this moment. This will remove all the worries and give you a sense of peace. Let's live in the present moment and you will see wonderful things will happen in your life.

dressed

Wearing beautiful clothes give you a feeling of self-confidence, help you shine brightly and have a positive energy wherever you go. Get dressed every day, especially when you are bored or depressed.

laugh more

Sing and dance

You will be very glad to know whether or not you sing and dance beautifully.

Forgiving someone

Did you know that forgiving others can really make you happier? When you forgive, you are no longer angry person anymore, you do get back together with them and you find peace with yourself.

Always optimistic

Always looking for the good things in life. There are so many negative people around, who often lament, complain. They will drain your energy and depressed. Look for positive people, positive and spend time with them.

relax

We are often caught up in the meeting, the work that we must do so becomes tired and exhausted. Take time to relax regularly as soon as possible. That will help you connect with your body.

Take notes

Writing thoughts and worries down on paper will help you relieve emotional stress, you will feel more relaxed and fun. If you do not have this habit, try starting in a quiet space, do not be disturbed.

I do my best to say 'thanks' all the time and when I'm home with my daughter, I always put my mobile phone away.

Kindness goes a long way and a thank you can bring a smile to someone that is having a bad day. I agree with the getting dressed everyday, you do it for yourself and yes, it does make even the gloomiest day better.
