Double Exposure Flag

This is my latest double exposure photo. The only thing I would like to change is the little flags by the graves. I don't think they are necessary since I have the large flag. The only problem is that I don't have a photo of the graves without the flags. Oh well, it still looks pretty cool and I'm happy with the overall image. What do y'all think?
I think it is a cool effect. These two photos went together nicely without much adjustment. I might use it as my cover photo for Memorial Day next year on Facebook. I believe it works for that holiday.
I enjoy doing these when they go together easily. I hate it when I pick two photos that don't work though. Gets on my nerves. :)
Anyway, have a nice day, y'all.

That's a very impressive effect, you've created. The sweeping of the flag across the graves not only looks great visually but gives the shot a lot of meaning, too. Well done.

Thank you. I love that image of the flag. I took it at the War Memorial in Chattanooga one day.

I agree with you this image would be pristine without the small flags, but I think it is a powerful image just as you've presented it.

I think the flag is exactly the right touch. It add color and also unifies the photo.

Yeah, but some don't look so hot once you put them together.

I actually didn't try this one in black and white.

This is my favorite and well worth framing. You should send this one in to a contest.

Thank you. I haven't seen any contest for double exposure photography yet.
