Yes I am upset but then I am still observing to that site,if they will pay me again so I'm going to write as well if not then I will stop forever, haha.Gosh hope they will hear me,I'm sorry persona because I tell my hatred here, hehe.

They are not fair to everyone and take cover by saying they do not have enough staff and they goofed up when they where upgrading. Yet they will not delete accounts. They earn on these accounts but not pay, This is a game that they play. They make some happy so that they get some praises. They are wrong. They must pay for their mistakes but they will not as we are not covered under any protection.
Have patience and Persona will shine with their clean ways. Even members here are of quality.

Oh, I understand. They owe me for four redemptons, $200. I am not going to write any more until they pay me.

Bubblews pays. You will get your payment eventually. Go over your articles on Bubblews. Did you violate any of their rules. There are many people on this site who still write on Bubblews, but on this site, they put down Bubblews. Bubblews is a wonderful site to get yourself exposure. Remember, Bubblews is a very diverse community. PP is not diverse as Bubblews.

Take my advice and continue writing on Bubblews. It pays.

Maybe we should change and transfer to other websites that will help us grow. And you did the right choice. Welcome to Persona Paper :D

LoudMan wrote on September 24, 2014, 9:38 AM

Join in with us then, the happy throng. I'm pulling work from over there to either bring here or to Wikinut.

LoudMan wrote on September 24, 2014, 9:42 AM

But, AliCanary a moist fan-boy down below says they'll pay, eventually. You just gotta keep writing for Mr and Mr Dixit. He said so, gee willikers. You old meany-pants.

AliCanary wrote on September 24, 2014, 5:34 PM

They DID pay one--the last one, for $54. Check just cleared today. They STILL owe me 200 bucks, and I ain't writing until I see more dough.

SLGarcia wrote on September 24, 2014, 9:41 PM

It's quite alright to vent here. I feel the same way about the site. I am also waiting to be paid. I don't accept being busy as an excuse. I don't believe they're all that busy.

SLGarcia wrote on September 24, 2014, 9:44 PM

You could not be more wrong on all of your stated points.

Ruby3881 wrote on September 24, 2014, 10:05 PM

Many users are apparently waiting 40 days or more right now for redemptions to payout. Part of this additional delay seems to be due to them trying to catch up on older payments, and I think they are also devoting a lot of time to site expansion while trying to cope with violations. I personally feel that at least some of the staff are on-task and trying to make things better, but I also think they are mismanaging their resources by refusing to tackle certain issues like payment of overdue redemptions and plagiarism head-on.

Do try sending redemption proofs to the member support address. They seem to be giving best responses. I also suspect better responses can be had by submitting one email per missing payment. It may be easier for them to liberate $50 than $100 or $200 in a single shot...

LoudMan wrote on September 24, 2014, 10:14 PM

I understand. I'm pretty sure they've no intentions on ever making right. And, they likely never will either.

LoudMan wrote on September 24, 2014, 10:18 PM

Yup. They're not going to pay and I will never make the mistake of speaking up for dixit again. He doesn't even respond.

LoudMan wrote on September 24, 2014, 10:20 PM

You're probably right.

aoife_12 wrote on September 24, 2014, 10:38 PM

Yeah..I stop to write there, imagine I have 8 missing redemptions,Oh God how can I bear to write again, besides it was almost $400 which bubblews owe me,huhu I really want to cry haha kidding, anyway thanks at least here is persona which I could still write,I don't know what made them busy, why they forget us to pay.

aoife_12 wrote on September 24, 2014, 10:40 PM

I guess you know me right?Last year they owe me $300 and now another $400 plus, imagine?Oh I cannot bear to write again besides I have no rules violated and they said they will pay me few days and its been two weeks now,how many days in few days.??2 weeks?one month or what?Oh God forgive me.

bestwriter wrote on September 25, 2014, 1:19 AM

Saying that they are under staffed or they goofed up their upgrade is no reason to penalise those who have earned for them. They continue to earn from those who they have not paid because their account is not deleted. If as some say payment is withheld because of violations then why are the accounts not deleted?

Noah wrote on September 25, 2014, 5:12 AM

I'm having the same issue, well what's new after all? They have the same system since the beginning. Though they helped me lots of times before, but I can't understand why there are lots of issues again regarding payments, what's happening with their system again?

LoudMan wrote on September 25, 2014, 12:10 PM

aoife_12 Why should you be asking for forgiveness? You're not the one out here stiffing thousands of others and trying to claim you were"busy" and therefore unable to pay what you owe. You're also not the one ignoring the messages of membership. That would be the assclowns Arvind and Jason, along with all their swampy fan-boys who will say or do ANYTHING for a man giving them $50.

Ruby3881 wrote on September 25, 2014, 2:31 PM

I think you confused me with the people who are defending them over these unpaid redemptions. I am simply stating that I think they are batch processing current payments at the moment, and that when they do that everybody who redeemed on a certain date will have their payment processed. Older, unpaid redemptions may take precedence. And I think that's as it should be.

Some sites don't pay out until about 6 weeks after the redemption point is reached. I can think of several sites that had thresholds of $100 and/or that would only pay international users four times a year. I may not be happy having to wait 30-40+ days for a payment that has come due, but I know a lot of freelance writers who have similar payment issues involving private clients who keep them waiting for payments $1000 or greater.

This is what we choose when we take up web writing. We can work with sites to create a better system, we can walk away and cut our losses, or we can keep working and simply allot extra time for payments to be processed. While venting can make us feel better, and I highly recommend it occasionally, protracted discussions in which we seek only to complain about the status quo are just a waste of time.

AliCanary wrote on September 25, 2014, 3:10 PM

This is the only thing I've ever seen you NOT complain about, so I guess that's something.

bestwriter wrote on September 25, 2014, 7:54 PM

Some get paid on the dot and some don't. That is why what I have said makes sense. The other sites that you are talking about must be having a common policy for every one.

Ruby3881 wrote on September 25, 2014, 9:21 PM

With a large population, there's no way for us to say whether it takes them a day or three or ten to process one batch (one day's worth) of redemption requests. And because the number of requests made at any given time fluctuates, Bubblews can only estimate how long it will be. If it takes 4-7 days to process redemptions for a given day, those that came in first on that day could be on time or even early, whereas those that came in later that same day could be up to a week later.

That may seem unfair but it's just a matter of processing requests, FCFS. I think they ought to be estimating at least 35 to 40 days in order to not be terribly late for some redemptions. I also think if they would stop being stubborn about screening & moderating new members they would soon catch up to the plagiarists. That would liberate both time and money that could be going into running the site better.

Whether people see it this way or not, there's little point in sitting around griping about how the site is run. If people aren't satisfied with how any site is run, the choices are to work for positive change or to cut your losses and walk away. The site will be run how its administrators want to run it. Complaining and criticizing won't do anything. Calling the site's policies unfair won't change anything.

Donald Pennington, mind you business. No one was speaking to you. Instead of worrying about my business, worry about the child you neglected for the liquor bottle.

LoudMan wrote on September 26, 2014, 1:01 AM

I'll join in any discussion on this site I want to. If you don't like it, print your opinion up, roll it up into a little ball and pop it up your fat ass. Haha.

SLGarcia wrote on September 26, 2014, 10:41 AM

Unfortunately, some people are NEVER paid and do in fact have no violations. That is probably the biggest complaint and completely justified.

LeaPea2417 wrote on December 31, 2015, 8:56 PM

By now, I am sure you have heard that Bubblews closed down and no longer exists. It is sad since it had great potential. Arvind and his guys didn't know how to run it at all.
