Juice plus detox

A friends daughter is a representative for juice plus , its a shake or vitamins plan to lose weight, Ive seen some photos and it does seem to work.

Ive signed myself up to it, i decided to do because i can pretty much do my low carb plan alongside it, although i cant have cheese or curry powder, ill miss both.

You have to do two weeks of detox before starting the shakes, so here is some of the food i shall be putting in my basket tomorrow at the supermarket.

meats and fish, eggs, cabbage sprouts, carrots, parsnip, pumpkin, pepper, onion, tomatoes, garlic, green beans, avocado, apples, mangoes, strawberries, watermelon and im allowed herbal teas and almond, coconut or rice milk, almonds and cashews.

I have to start the detox tomorrow, i know it is gonna be hard because Ive been drinking a lot of coke and eating a lot of sugary food recently.

The foods in your basket sound like a pretty decent sort of diet to me!

megl yes not too bad a mix, ill try to stick to the lower carb stuff but this morning im scoffing watermelon and a glass of water, determined to do this lol
