I’ve been hiding away in my kitchen getting our vegetables from the garden processed and canned for the winter. This is the first time in 10 years that I've actually wanted to do it and I can seem to get enough!
So far I’ve canned:
Marinara (Spaghetti) Sauce
Salsa – Hot! Hot!
Tomato Soup - for that recipe click ** HERE **
Hot Pepper Sauce
All of the vegetables we grew ourselves and I think we did a wonderful job this year. Maybe that’s why I’m enjoy being in the kitchen so much!
All of the above recipes will be following soon! I have to say my favorite is the pepper sauce and the marinara sauce. Oh, wait… the tomato soup is killer! Well, darn… so is the salsa!
