hello friends.I had a pretty long gap on persona paper as I was away from my home and when I reached back I lost my password anyways I got access to my account thanks to persona paper who really connects back.

Good Sleep is really a blessing and nothing alternates night sleep.Sound sleep reduces stress,inflammation, anxiety,.It helps prevent cancer.It enhances your memory.Helps feel relax and it also helps in reducing weight.Sleeping requires less energy as compare to the activity of human during day.

Its very important to have eight hours of enough sleep to keep ourselves energized.So take a good night sleep and enjoy life.

I try to sleep eight hours a night, but many nights it is around seven hours that I sleep. Also, I don't like to hear anything when I sleep, so I always wear ear plugs so I don't hear dogs barking or water dripping. I keep my alarm clock real nearby, so I always hear it go off even with ear plugs in my ears.

I have been sleeping a little better this past week. I was going through one of the spells when I hardly sleep at all.

Sharum yes it does happens. I was also going through this phase as I was suffering from seviour arthritis pain last week and the sleepless night were really depressing.
