Eating right is a serious decision to make because it can affect our future and our children's too. When buying foods, we should not only consider the price, the taste nor if it is a known brand but more importantly the nutrition that we get from this foods. And we should also take into consideration the way in which we cook our food. Of course we prefer those that are cooked in less fat and also moderately seasoned. We don't want to put pressure on our kidneys, right? We should choose natural foods over those canned or frozen ones, aside from the fact that they are more nutritious, there taste are also better as compare to the frozen ones, especially meat and fruits of course.
