Week 8 Physical Activity Challenge Report

This is the third and finals progress report on my 60-day exercise challenge. And with one day to spare I can say I reached my goal! I have reached Silver Level on the Presidential Champions Physical Exercise Challenge .

As I didwith my past reports, I am attaching a tracking chart to document the progress made during the last couple of months.

I was well ahead as per my previous report ( here ), but then due to a health problem I had to stop for a few days and thought my goal was not going to be met. Fortunately I had the time (and the desire) to exercise a little longer everyday after I recover, and was able to catch up and eventually reach the original objective.

I felt so good today after reaching this personal goal! I will take a couple days off, and then will start working towards my next goal, reaching Gold Level .

Have you reached any of your goals lately? Are you getting close to reaching them? I hope you do!

hi MegL thanks for your comment and sorry for the late reply. Yes, it can be done and it also goes to show that little by little our goals can be achieved.

Thanks paigea I am trying to improve my health and exercising is one of the factors that I pay attention too, along with nutrition.

I used to measure the number of steps taken with a pedometer, but the pedometer is no longer in working condition.

scheng1 that is why I'd rather just walk for a fixed period of time, is easier and helps clear the mind. emoticon :winking:
