The Proper care of our eyes.

Most of the people are curious about how they look, our face, our body and the total outside appearance is really a big factor to boost our confidence, and one of the people look at when we are conversing to them is our . Our eyes reflects the kind of we keep, that's why we have to take good care of them. Here are some helpful and simple to follow to give them the best care possible.

1. To maintain the shine/#sparkling of our eyes- To make your eyes shine keep your stomach free from disorder. Drink a glass of hot water first thing in the morning. Rest your eyes atleast once a day by covering them with cotton pads soaked in rose water. Wash them daily with an eye-cup, containing clean water. To make the lash thicker, you can apply olive oil.

2. Dark circles- You must have eight (8) hours of sleep everyday to lessen the dark circles of your eyes. Cover the eyes with cotton pads soak in lukewarm milk everyday for 10 minutes. Halve the potato, tie in two pieces of muslin and used them as eye pads for 5-10 minutes daily.

Remember that our eyes is the window of our soul, that's why it is important to take care of them.

Love the tips.. Unfortunately with 4 kids, I'm bound to have dark circles under my eyes forever lol

lol...mom's always have that kinda problem, anyways you can try some other tip, maybe it can lessen the dark circles under your eyes and relieve some eyebags as well
