For the past week I have been going to bed at about 4a.m and get up by 9a.m, about 5hours of sleep which is recommendable for an adult. I usually have had to force myself to sleep which usually takes like an hour to two hours...one may be thinking that I am suffering from sleepless nights which is often termed to be caused by stress, taking work home contribute and computers...mine I admit is the latter, I spend my whole day on a computer and phones
Today the effects have reached their peak, am feeling grumpy, irritable, heavy headed, foggy minded, at times my body feels a little numb, revved up, eyes burning, headache, some muscles aching and must admit that today I haven't worked to my best...
I know its that serious but unfortunately as much as I want to sleep very early I'll probably not
If I can't sleep, I use an MP3 player that I keep charged up beside my bed. It has relaxation "tapes" on it of different kinds. Usually, it doesn't take long before my overactive mind slows down and I fall back asleep again.
After several months of a fairly regular sleep/wake schedule, I'm finding it difficult to sleep more than a few hours at a time myself. At least for me, I am thinking I definitely need to get in more physical activity throughout the day, to both work some of this excess energy out and to tire my body so it will want to sleep. I hope you are soon able to find a solution to your sleeplessness.

Most adults need seven to eight hours. I'm sorry you are having trouble sleeping. I hate when that happens to me! Reading in bed usually helps.

You might consider making your font size a little smaller (10 points). It's a little hard to read without backing way up.
