Best Tip for Tired Feet
Oftentimes we are taking for granted one of the most important part of our body--our FEET , which mean keeping our feet healthy, can help keep us healthy.
In my article I will give you some tips on how to take care of our tired feet. Firsts, give an alternate hot and cold bath to your feet. This is so relaxing. You can add alum powder in warm water and soak feet in it for 5-10 minutes. Alternately, add two teaspoonfuls each of salt and soda bicarbonate in a basin of warm water and soak the feet in it.
Another method of relieving tired feet is to lie down and elevate your legs to a position higher than your head. If you are working, recline your chair and put up your feet on the table for 5-10 minutes during lunch break.
