Good news for the health conscious

Good news for the health conscious

Noodles have not received a good reputation inasmuch as they are known to create havoc with one's health. Cool it. Oats noodles are now flooding the market which is recommended for a sumptuous breakfast in place of that boring oats porridge. I have not yet got them but thought of sharing this news here. Perhaps you might have already befriended it. Oats as you know reduces the bad cholesterol levels. And oats noodles not only does that but it does it in a pleasant way.

So many companies have come out with this new product. I wonder who the pioneer is. Whoever be it I will soon add it to my diet.

I like porridge- as long as it's made with milk and served with soft fruit.

I will have to find these noodles at Walmart and check out the ingredient list! Maybe my grandkids will like them as an alternative to the bowl of oatmeal.

When we have this thought that we need to eat it because it is good for health that is half the battle won :)

It took them so many years to do this. Nowadays we get bread baked from wheat flour as that plain flour is considered bad for health!!

I'm gluten free do to an extreme sensitivity and for me I have to be careful of everything and read all labels. Sometimes it's difficult when you're the only one in the family that has this issue. Thank goodness my husband doesn't mind, because I'm not always wanting to cook 2 different meals, but will.

Looking at your interest in cooking and the exotic recipes that you churn out it is difficult to believe that you can control yourself.
