7 Bad Eating Habits

We've always considered dieting as a healthy measure for a more desirable physique.
However, food is much more important than the how our figure looks like. The key is to eat a healthy balanced diet, not just for the sake of achieving your dream figure but more importantly to be healthy.

Poor nutrition is often the cause of many health problems. Here are some of our bad eating habits we should avoid or stop doing:

Skipping breakfast: We all know this. Breakfast is the most important meal of the day and should contain carbohydrates, proteins, fats and vitamins. There is no single valid reason to skip breakfast.

Pecking: Sometimes we endeavor to eat less than what the body asks us and in the end, what happens is that we go hungry all the time and ended up robbing the fridge and eating first thing we found. Must make five meals a day, the most important breakfast, after lunch and finally a light dinner. In between these meals we may take some yogurt, a piece of fruit, etc.

Drink plenty of refreshments, including lights: Soft drinks contain a lot of sugar and not good to abuse them. Even taking Light refreshments, with less than one calorie, its effects are not good as they tend to be gaseous and make us feel bloated.

Not drinking enough water: Our body needs at least two liters of water a day. We drink at any time of day, and must not wait for us to thirst.

Abusing food "Light": It is true that these foods have a lower percentage of calories as other typical food, but that does not mean they do not get you fat. The logical thing is to consume the Light products in the same as we would if they were not, because if we abuse them, we surely will also gain weight.

Drinking alcohol: In addition to the health problems that can cause alcohol consumption, they have a lot of calories, so they make you fat. And when mixed with soft drinks increases the number of calories.

Eating too quickly: Rushing through your meal does no good. If we eat fast it is more likely that we are eating more than our body needs. You have to chew and eat slowly to aid digestion.

Chewing well and eating slowly is both good for the digestion AND for weight loss. I need to remember that and eat MUCH more slowly.
