I have Insomnia problems, always had, since I was a kid. I am a very energetic person, and I also think too much. It only takes me a second to lay down in bed and start thinking about everything that is happening in my life, in the world, it's terrible. No matter how much I try, thousands of tips, strategies to sleep ... it never works. I've taken pills to sleep and it kinda helps but not very efficient either. Now, there is one thing... it's the only thing that makes me sleep imediatly and I don't even have to try: when I'm in bed with my boyfried. I swear, just the presence of him there, in the same bed as me makes me completely comfortable and relaxing, I bet therapists have a million of theories for my insomnia but my opinion,is only one: Love beats insomnia.
